Half-Elves are naturally charismatic, and find friends easily.  Their elven features and slightly pointed ears are the only things that keep them from passing as human.  Half-Elves are mostly descended from normal Elves, and share part of their impetuous nature.  They are found almost everywhere, but are most common in the Free Cities, Pirate Kingdoms, and Tybard.

Half-Elves have either one elven parent (only rarely a High Elf, due to their distaste for other races) and one human, or two half-elven parents.  Children of a half-elf will otherwise share the race of the other parent.

Half-Elves are the same size as humans.
